Home is where you should feel most comfortable. In-Home Support gives you someone by your side with the everyday things that help life run more smoothly, from meals and personal care to cleaning, shopping and getting ready for the day. Across the Illawarra, we support you to stay comfortable at home, keep your routine and do more for yourself at your own pace.
We’re BB Disability & Health Services, a registered NDIS provider based in Dapto. Our team has a strong background in disability, mental health and social work, and we support people across Dapto, Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and the wider Illawarra.
Asking for help at home can feel like a big step. You may only need a little support each week, or you may need someone there more often. Either way, we take the time to understand what would make your days feel easier, calmer and more like your own.
What Could a Week of In-Home
Support Actually Look Like?

Every home works differently, so support should adjust to fit yours. That might look like a few hours a week, daily visits, or something more regular, depending on your NDIS plan.
A Look at What a Week Might Involve
- Mornings: A hand getting started, personal care, breakfast, and a medication prompt if that’s part of your plan.
- Weekdays: Meals, a supermarket trip, tidying up, washing, or getting you to appointments on time.
- Afternoons: Dinner underway, thinking ahead to the days coming up, or someone nearby while you chip away at something you’re working on.
- Weekends: Time with people you love, hobbies, getting out and about, or simply keeping things familiar.
Funding for In-Home Support usually sits within your NDIS plan. We’ll talk through what works in plain, easy terms, no paperwork headaches. When you’re ready, say hello or make a referral and we’ll go from there.
