We are a warm and genuinely caring team who feel deeply honoured to support the people who trust us.

We’re a registered NDIS provider based in Dapto, NSW. Our team has real backgrounds in mental health nursing and social work, and we support people right across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Southern Highlands. NDIS Registration Number: 4050098162

Your Support

Good support feels personal. It fits your life, respects your choices and quietly makes every day a little better.

If you’re an NDIS participant, your supports are paid for through your NDIS plan. You don’t pay out of pocket for services covered in your plan. Not on the NDIS yet and want to understand your options? Call us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
It’s built around your routine, not ours. Your care plan is written with you, not handed to you. It covers what you need help with, what you’d rather handle yourself, and what your goals look like. We review it regularly so it stays current with your life.
Everyone we support has a named key worker who knows their story and their plan. They’re your first call for everyday questions and for anything that doesn’t feel right. You’ll know who they are from day one.
Just tell us. We’ll look at what’s possible within your NDIS plan and talk through the options with you. If a plan review is needed to fund more support, your Support Coordinator can help make that case to the NDIS. You won’t be left managing a gap on your own.
Community access is built into your support plan. Whether it’s getting to appointments, joining a local group or just getting out for a coffee, we help you work out what that looks like and sort through any practical barriers like transport along the way.

You deserve to feel informed, respected and completely in control of your own support journey.

By phone, email, in person or in writing, whichever feels most comfortable. Every complaint is acknowledged, looked into and responded to in writing. If you feel it hasn’t been handled fairly, you can go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 at any time. We will never make you feel like a problem for speaking up.
You can leave, and we’ll help you do it well. Before anything is signed, we go through the notice period and the steps involved so you know exactly where you stand. If another provider turns out to be a better match, we’ll support that move without making it difficult.
Your information is only shared with the people who need it to support you, and only with your knowledge and consent. All staff are trained on confidentiality from day one. If there’s ever a breach, you’ll be told promptly and we’ll take steps to fix it straight away under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
We go through it with you before anything is signed, face to face or over a call, whatever works best. You keep a copy and so do we. Any changes down the track come to you in writing first, with a full explanation. Nothing shifts without your knowledge.
