BB Disability & Health Services has a robust complaints, compliments and comments policy and a dedicated review team to ensure all feedback is collected and reviewed in a way that reconciles the interests of participants/ family members/ carers and also make sure that their expectations of fairness are met. You have the right to complain to the NDIA Commissioner if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your feedback.
