Community Nursing
Nursing care service is an integral part of recovery care needs for some Participants with disability. BBDisability has a highly qualified team of Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to provide nursing care services for Participants who are living in Supported Independent Living environment and also in their homes. Our services are easily available and accessible to create more choices and enhance your ability and resources to control your life.
We are person centred and strength based in our approaches in working with Participants with disability. Our high-quality nursing services enable Participants to improve their health and wellbeing and add quality to their precious life. We follow the principles of health promotion and disease prevention in our care provision which helps in improving the overall health of Participants.
Our goal is to enhance the independence of participants with high quality nursing care to improve the care needs and alleviate the distress. Compassion and kindness are core values of our care provision.
