This Is Your Time
You choose what you do, where you go, and who you do it with. Our support workers are there to help you get there and feel confident doing it, not to take over or decide for you.
This is your life. We’re just here to walk alongside you.

What Community Access Can Look Like
It looks different for everyone, and that’s exactly how it should be.
Some people want to get to a weekly fitness class or a local market. Others want to volunteer, visit friends, explore a hobby, or take part in a cultural event. Some are just starting out and want a gentle first step back into the community.
Whatever feels right for you, we work with your NDIS plan to make it real.

Support That Actually Fits
We take the time to get to know you before anything else. What you enjoy, what makes you nervous, what you’ve always wanted to try.
From there, we match you with a support worker who gets it. Someone warm, reliable, and easy to be around. You won’t feel like just another person here.

Built Around the Illawarra and Shoalhaven
We’re local, our team knows the Wollongong, Dapto, Shellharbour, Kiama, Nowra, and Moss Vale areas well. That means we can point you toward great local activities, community groups, and events you might not have found on your own.
Whether it’s the beach, a community garden, a café, a sports club, or a creative workshop, the Illawarra and Shoalhaven have a lot to offer. Let’s find what’s right for you.

Community Access Pairs Well With
If you’re also looking at In-Home Support, Support Coordination, or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, community access often works beautifully alongside those services. A lot of our participants find that getting out regularly makes a real difference to their wellbeing and confidence.
We can look at how your NDIS plan covers this and help you get the most from it.
