What is Support Coordination?
What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is the part of your NDIS plan that helps you put it all together. It connects you with the right services, helps you understand what you’re funded for, and makes sure your plan is actually working for you.
Without it, a lot of people find their plan just sits there. We make sure that doesn’t happen.

Level 2 and Level 3.
What’s the Difference?
Level 2 Support Coordination is for people who need a hand navigating their NDIS plan and finding the right providers. It’s practical, personal, and focused on getting things moving.
Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination is for people with more complex needs. It involves a higher level of clinical knowledge, careful planning, and close coordination across multiple services and supports.
Not sure which one is in your plan? We’ll help you work it out.

What We Actually Do for You
We sit down with you, go through your plan, and work out what you need. From there, we find providers, book services, follow up, and check in regularly to make sure everything is on track.
If something isn’t working, we sort it. If your needs change, we adjust. You won’t be left wondering what’s happening with your plan.

Your Coordinator Stays
With You
Nobody likes telling their story over and over again, so your support coordinator gets to know you, stays across your plan and is there when you need them. Same person. Every step of the way.
