What You Will Need
Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support, mental health, community services or a related field are important. Certifications such as Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, mental health first aid and a current NDIS Worker Screening Check will be highly regarded.
The most important thing we look for is warmth. A genuine ability to bring out the very best in people and see the very best in them even on the hard days. If you have that quality everything else can be worked on together.
