Meet The Team

Who We Are

BB Disability operates under the guidance of BB Disability Trust, a dedicated organisation managed by a team of highly skilled professionals. The trust is led by an accomplished group of social workers, mental health specialists, and registered nurses, each bringing decades of invaluable experience in addressing complex mental health needs, physical disabilities, and related challenges. Together, our collective expertise allows us to offer compassionate, effective, and thoughtfully tailored support to those in our care.

How We Help

The BB Disability staff LOVE to help - and that’s the way it should be, right? The effectiveness of NDIS services is determined by the people who are working with you and for you.

Your needs are listened to and taken seriously - every time. We take on board your requests, ideas and preferences - always tweaking the care we give you to what you need.

Supporting You

We can cover what you need because we have such a broad range of experience.  The great thing about a medium-sized team is that whatever you’re needing, there will be someone who can help.

This is particularly important for those with additional psychosocial needs and those facing tough mental health days. We ‘get it’ and we’re here when you really need a hand.

Our Values

We believe that everyone is important and deserves to be heard.

Kindness

We understand and support others' challenges while treating everyone with equality and without judgment.

Our Vision

We aim to offer high-quality, fair, and safe services that respect the choices and dignity of people with disabilities. We believe everyone has the potential to create positive changes in their lives, and we’re here to support you to make this happen.

BB Disability and Mental Health Services envisions a world where people with disabilities have the opportunity to live meaningful lives.

Your Care Journey - What to Look For

Your care journey is unique, so what does that look like?

Every step should be adapted to your needs and preferences, ensuring you receive meaningful and helpful care.  Your feedback should also always be key to shaping your journey, making sure you feel heard and valued.

Path Forwards For Your Well-Being

Everyone has value - and our job is to live that out and demonstrate that.

The goal is to provide support in a safe, fair way, making it easier for you to live your ‘best life’.
